I hope that both you and your family are keeping safe during this time of uncertainty. Nobody knows what the near future will bring but I wanted to update you on what we, at Valley Waste Recycling, are doing to ensure we are following proper precautions and fulfilling our services.
As we are serving in the waste management and recycling sector, our team are classified as key workers. We have a duty to continue to ensure the publics’ waste is efficiently managed and there is no backlog. With that in mind, Valley Waste Recycling is still open, and our services are running as normal. We are taking every measure to ensure that we operate in a safe working environment and social distancing measures are in place.
In order to keep our services as safe as possible for both our customers and our staff, we must stress that it is now more important than ever to ensure that your recycling waste is not contaminated.
Current guidelines on any potentially hazardous waste recommends that anything that could be infected must be double-bagged and stored in a suitable place for 72 hours.
Unless our sector categorisation changes, we will be operating our services as usual, and ensuring that your waste is efficiently and safely taken care of. I am confident that we will be able to continue to deliver the highly regarded service that you have always received from us.
